1. Strategy Execution & Transformation**

• Translate Strategy into Action: Drive the implementation of China Growth 2.0 by translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, measurable business outcomes, and clear accountability across the organization.
• Performance Optimization: Actively track execution gaps, analyze performance metrics against local and international competitors, and propose pragmatic corrective measures.
• Bridge China & HQ: Ensure alignment, agile communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration between local China operations and global headquarters (HQ).

2. Organic Growth Program

• Cross-BU Execution: Drive the execution and governance of strategic organic growth initiatives across business domains, industry verticals, and sales regions, ensuring performance transparency, milestone achievement, and timely corrective actions.
• Market Insights & Opportunity Sourcing: Leverage deep market, customer, and competitive intelligence to identify high-value commercial growth opportunities and new business models.

3. Executive Office Partnership

• CEO Partnership: Support the DI AUT China CEO in critical strategic decision-making, management alignment, and the preparation of high-stakes executive meetings and board reviews.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Facilitate critical strategic initiatives and help remove structural or operational bottlenecks across organizational silos.

What You’ll Need

1.Industry & Professional Experience

• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, ideally gained within industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, or top-tier management consulting (with a strong focus on industrial/high-tech sectors) at leading global organizations.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of China’s industrial automation market dynamics, customer ecosystem, and solid exposure to P&L drivers, commercial operations, or business transformation.

2.Strategic & Analytical Capabilities

• Hands-On Strategist: You combine sharp strategic thinking with a rigorous, analytical approach. You are willing to dive deep into operational details rather than staying on the surface.

4.Other Requirements

·         Education: University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline; MBA/EMBA is preferred.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is an absolute must for daily communication with global HQ.
