You'll make an impact by
• 确保各系统间各类数据一致，保证WMS系统正常运行，与其他对接系统数据交互正常运行
Ensuring consistency of all kinds of data among systems and maintaining normal operation of WMS system and data interaction with other docking systems
• 通过系统分析和流程优化改善物流流程，以满足当前和未来的业务需求
Improving logistics processes to meet current and future business needs through systematic analysis and optimization
• 识别和解决系统问题，提出修改方案以解决错误和逻辑冲突
Identifying and resolving system issues, proposing modification schemes to address bugs and logic conflicts
• 从数据分析中发现瓶颈和冗余步骤，研究新方案的可行性以提高运营效率
Discovering bottlenecks and redundant steps from data analysis, studying the feasibility of new schemes to enhance operational efficiency
• 根据业务需求优化软件系统逻辑，提出全面的改进方案
Optimizing software system logic according to business requirements and proposing comprehensive improvement solutions
• 与外部供应商、工程师和内部部门协作进行系统测试、联合调试和新解决方案研究
Collaborating with external suppliers, engineers, and internal departments to conduct system testing, joint commissioning, and research of new solutions
• 生成月度LSO报告，为物流运营提供数据驱动的洞察
Producing monthly LSO reports and providing data-driven insights for logistics operations

Your defining qualities
• 供应链、物流、信息技术或相关领域的学士学位或以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or related fields
• 在供应链物流、仓库管理系统（WMS）或相关运营方面有3年以上的专业经验
More than 3 years of professional experience in supply chain logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), or related operations
• 熟练运用SAP、SQL、Excel、Tableau、Power BI和RPA工具
Strong proficiency in SAP, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and RPA tools
• 对物流流程、仓库运营和供应链管理有扎实的理解
Solid understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and supply chain management
• 具有系统测试、数据分析和流程优化的经验
Experience with system testing, data analysis, and process optimization
• 优秀的问题解决能力，能够识别问题并提出实际解决方案
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions
• 强大的沟通能力，能够与跨职能团队有效协作（OM、SP、P&S、IT、PP、MM、QM、T、R&D、CIP、LDC、OBC、DIG、OBA）
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (OM, SP, P&S, IT, PP, MM, QM, T, R&D, CIP, LDC, OBC, DIG, OBA)

Strong grasp of logistics and supply chain business operations, including WMS functionality and warehouse management
