我们正在为西门子机电科技（江苏）有限公司招聘一名数字化工程师，该岗位负责探索、积累数字化先进技术和解决方案，识别数字化机会，将业务需求转换为数字化解决方案。在公司适当的领域推进数字化技术，提高公司员工基本数字化思维和开发能力。

你将在这些领域发挥影响:

1. Plan, implement, and maintain factory/site digitalization blueprints, aligning with global Siemens strategy and standards

规划、实施并维护工厂/现场数字化蓝图，符合全球西门子策略和标准

2. Design and implement solution with AI/ML technology for business requirements.

采用人工智能/机器学习技术为业务需求设计并实施解决方案

3. Interpret data, filter and "clean" data, analyze results using statistical techniques.

采用统计技术分析结果解读数据、过滤并“清理”数据

4. Design, build and enhance intuitive dashboards using data visualization tools for business. 利用数据可视化工具为企业设计、构建并优化直观的展示平台

5. Simulate the design of lean production and logistics via simulation technologies and tools

运用数字化仿真技术和工具，对精益单元设计和物流方案进行仿真

6. Work cross-function and sometimes cross-country to identify digital solutions to project challenges.

7. Other assignments arranged by management according to business needs

期待你具备的技能和胜任力:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in math, statistics, CS, data science, business analysis or other related major

数学、统计学、计算机科学、数据科学、商业分析或其他相关专业本科以上学历

2. Solid understanding of the principles of artificial intelligence as well as extensive experience in project management.

对人工智能原理有扎实的理解，在项目管理方面有丰富的经验

3. Experienced in data models, database design and data mining

有数据模型、数据库设计和数据挖掘方面的经验

4. Experienced in simulation is a plus有仿真经验者优先

5. Experienced with application of Mendix, PowerBI is a plus

6. Working experience in manufacturing industry is a plus

7. Fluent in spoken and written English
