We are seeking an experienced Credit Analys to support the growth of our Healthcare business portfolio through independent credit assessment. The successful candidate will combine strong financial analytical capabilities with deep industry insights into healthcare service providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and healthcare supply chains.

Candidates with sector transition experience from Healthcare, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing are highly preferred.

Mission: To assess the credit risk at transaction level to ensure alignment with the company's risk strategy and to help the company to reach the annual target

• Perform transaction risk analysis on a daily basis

• Conduct credit rating analysis and make the credit rating proposal

• Prepare credit reports for authority holders to make informed lending decisions and take calculated risks

• Conduct in-depth industry research and proposal to address related risks and issues

• Assist in establishing risk management policy and guidelines

• Analyze overdue / rescheduling customers and prepare lesson-learnt for new business 

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

• In case of an authority holder, he / she shall exercise the lending or rating authority responsibly with prudent judgment

• Bachelor or above, majored in finance, accounting or economics is preferred.

• Business understanding: At least 5 years of Credit or Risk Management experience preferably in a financial institution. Exposure to equipment finance preferred.

• Experience in research / consulting companies and working experience in multi-national companies will also be considered.

• Finance expertise: Advanced knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting and risk analysis is a plus.

• Good communication skills and be proficient in English language (both written & spoken)

• Good MS office skills and ERP skills

• Growth Mindset: Faster Learner, basic analyzing and resolve new problem skills.

• Leadership & management skills will be preferred. (Team Leader role is must ）

• Digitalization technology /Process Automation Solution Awareness will be highly appreciated.

• Analytic expertise/advanced analytics skills and complex model interpretation is a must.
