• University degree. Law majors are preferred.

• 8 years+ experience in labor case handling, P&O partner experience is plus.

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills. 

• Solid knowledge on labor law

• Good at project management; influencing; consulting and facilitating skills; Capable to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.

• Good in speaking and writing English

• Strategic and systematic-minded and strong in execution: Drives implementation and keeps a close eye on the details.

• Emotional Intelligence: particularly in handling sensitive employee situations, mediating conflicts, and building trust.

• Ethical Judgment: Given the nature of PR work, a strong ethical compass and the ability to make sound, fair decisions are paramount.

• Innovative: Comes up with new ideas and leverages digital age trends.

• Curious: Future-oriented, open-minded, and seeks new ways of doing things. Continuously learns to build new capabilities.

• Personally Credible: Works at eye-level with stakeholders and delivers professional solutions.
