You'll make an impact by

·       Consult with customers on technical solutions in cooperation with Sales, Key Account managers, and other business units to deliver integrated E-House systems.

·       Develop E-House project pipeline and support sales colleagues with comprehensive technical expertise during the pre-sales phase to identify and pursue new opportunities.

·       Provide high-level technical cooperation with customers, deeply engaging Siemens in the co-creation, planning, and design of customer's future-oriented electrification solutions (automation, thermal management, etc.), enabling value selling for Data Center projects.

·       Prepare bidding documents according to customer requirements for E-House Business, including structural calculations, CFD simulations, air conditioning load analysis, and electrical design specifications.

·       Cooperate with customers on contract clarifications and negotiations to ensure alignment on technical specifications and commercial terms.

·       Follow Siemens project management processes to control costs, manage cash flow within budget, and ensure on-time delivery of all project milestones.

·       Develop project resource plans and coordinate with various functional managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resources for successful project execution.

·       Monitor project quality issues proactively and implement corrective actions to maintain Siemens quality standards.

·       Ensure supplier selection and negotiation in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to optimize cost and delivery performance.

·       Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle to build long-term partnerships.

Your defining qualities

·       Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

·       5+ years of working experience in project management within the automation or industrial infrastructure industry

·       Proficiency in structural calculations, FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation, air conditioning load analysis, E-House electrical design, and related disciplines such as fire alarm systems and security systems

·       Fluent in English for both oral and written communication

·       Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships

·       Experience in technical pre-sales support, solution design, and customer engagement

·       Knowledge of contract management and commercial negotiation in technical projects

Project Management & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception through delivery, control budgets and costs, develop resource plans, manage key milestones, and monitor quality standards. Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise (Structural & Engineering): Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in structural design, FEM analysis, CFD simulation, HVAC load calculations, and E-House electrical systems. Capability to prepare comprehensive technical documentation and bidding materials.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, manage customer expectations, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Sales Support & Solution Design: Ability to provide technical consultation, support pre-sales activities, participate in solution design workshops, and contribute to value-based selling strategies aligned with customer business objectives.

Supplier & Contract Management: Experience in supplier selection, contract negotiation, commercial discussions, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

Teamwork & Coordination: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
