The product manager of Drive commissioning tool is the global responsible product owner, who will define and deliver the user friendly and efficient unified Drive commissioning tool to OEM commissioning engineers and end user operation and maintenance engineers. 

- Identify and evaluate commissioning tool requirements with drive product managers for standard alone commissioning and system integration commissioning.

- Recording, formulating, and evaluating market and customer requirements, market trends, competitor strategies.

- Define and prioritize the requirements according to understanding of customer needs and in accordance with the business strategy (as the base for the R&D-opportunities).

- Stimulate and develop product ideas considering functional and economic aspects, as well as compatibility and consistency.

- Cooperate with R&D, to realize the features and functions within target performance and timeline.

- Cooperate with the sales and marketing teams, to introduce the new features and functions to support drive business growth.

- Publishing, and maintaining sales information and catalog entries for the products under responsibility

- Professional management of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM Team) to attain the best product result across its product life cycle.

- Master’s degree in Electrical engineering, Power electrics, Motor control, Automation engineering, Mechatronics or related. 

- Onsite commissioning and automation system commissioning experience is required. 

- Overseas study background is preferred.

- Internship / working experience in automation industry / motion control technology related is preferred. 

- Excellent communication skill in the intercultural environment with good English. 

- Readiness to bear responsibility in a global framework.
