Mission:
Motor test engineer is responsible for creating test plans according to product design specifications, requirements and test standards and implement test cases and provide qualified test reports to customer.

What are my responsibilities? 
• Participate in the review of requirements and design specifications and provide optimization suggestions for product design and testing.
参与产品需求及设计描述文件审核并提出优化建议。
• Create test plans based on product requirements, feature specifications and related test standards including defining test procedures, selecting equipment and scheduling. 
根据产品需求，设计描述及相关测试标准制定测试计划，包括测试步骤，设备选择及时间安排。
• Prepare the test setup and environment for testing and debug errors during the test process.
准备测试环境及处理测试遇到的相关问题。
• Perform the defined test cases according to test plan, generate test reports. 
根据测试计划执行测试，记录并生成测试报告。
• Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues from test results and propose improvement solutions.
分析测试数据以识别可能存在的问题或异常，提出解决方案。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Education (Bachelor or above degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation…).
教育（控制工程，电气工程及自动化，机械工程，机电一体化，自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历）。
• Familiar with the principles of AC synchronous servo motors.
熟悉交流同步电机原理。
• 3 years’ above experience in execution of motor test.
3年及以上电机测试经验。
• Familiar with the use of common motor test equipment, such as power analyzers, oscilloscopes, impulse generators, and familiar with test standard IEC 60034-1 is highly preferred.
最好能熟悉电机测试常用的设备，如功率分析仪，示波器，冲击发生器，熟悉IEC 60034-1标准。
• Basic commissioning skills for drive and motor systems.
基本的伺服系统调试技能。
• Good communication skill.
良好的沟通能力
• Fluent in oral and written English.
流利的英语读写能力。
