We are looking for an Inverter Product R&D Department Manager for Siemens Digital Industry Motion Control "China Portfolio" to lead the team to develop industrial automation drive products, from demand definition, prototype design to mass production introduction, and build a technical moat covering the whole life cycle of products.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead a high-performance R&D team, develop team competence, collaborate with global design team in German, UK.
2. Lead the complex product development process, Maintain and establish a R&D management system with improvement standards, and ensure that the project is delivered on time and with high quality.
3. Build a cross-functional collaboration network between local and global teams, coordinate R&D resources, Promote key technological breakthroughs, Product iteration and Innovation
4. Establish a talent development system and continuously improve the professional ability of the team
5. Deeply participate in market insight, transform customer needs into technical solutions, and enhance product market competitiveness


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, professional background in Power Electronics, Automation Control, Mechatronics and other related majors.
• More than 10 years of R&D experience in the field of Inverts, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Proficient in R&D process, with strong technical background. Deep understanding of power electronics topologies, control algorithms, or motor control theory.
• Act as a technical authority to solve complex engineering bottlenecks in Inverter/Servo system development.
• Drive R&D efficiency by implementing advanced methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean R&D) and digital design tools.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; With experience in interpreting international technical standards.
