For our  team, we are looking for Regional BD Manager to help us drive business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Developing and implementing region-specific business strategies across the EA BU full product portfolio to drive profitable growth.
• Owning BTA target setting and fulfillment for your responsible region, ensuring all defined measures are executed and on track.
• Ensuring market transparency and intelligence for your region; monitoring the sales lead pipeline and continuously improving EA sales performance quality.
• Leading and managing the Regional BD team (including TSS), and collaborating with EA product line BD and Vertical BD on both strategic and operational topics.
• Exploring business opportunities in the region, coordinating with sales, RBD/TSS, OCs, and BU management to define winning bidding strategies.
• Partnering closely with vertical management to develop and implement region-specific vertical concepts.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 7+ years of Sales & Marketing and/or Business Development (management) experience in MV/LV product or solution business.
• Proven experience working in multinational companies.
• Demonstrated project management and people management capabilities.
• Strong business compliance awareness and excellent learning agility.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.

• Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate and co-create across functions and geographies, both in-person and virtually.
• Business understanding: Strong grasp of business operations, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable regional plans.
• Growth mindset: Strategic thinking with the ability to drive business transformation; fast learner who can analyze and resolve new and complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
