Purpose

Leads the Portfolio Expert team for Drive, ensuring the portfolio is market-ready, competitive, compliant, and effectively positioned. The role secures sell ability, feeds customer and market requirements into the portfolio roadmap, and equips the sales organization with the knowledge, value argumentation, and competitive positioning needed to win with customers.

Portfolio Readiness, Availability & Feedback

• "sell ability" and "orderability" and provides input on stock/availability.
• Consolidates and prioritizes customer requirements from all channels and feeds them into the PLM roadmap via the market-feedback process.
• Conducts market, product, and competitor intelligence to position the TPE.
• Ensures the right products and architecture are selected during the Price Approval Process
• Manages product quality, safety, and recall topics, driving actions and delivery prioritization
• Ensures product conformity with region-specific regulatory requirements, technical standards, certifications, and license needs to secure market readiness and sell ability.

Sales Enablement & Marketing

• Acts as the strategic arm for sales enablement by training sales teams, partners, and other business areas on how to position, demonstrate, and sell the portfolio effectively.
• Develops value-based argumentation, winning guides, promotions, and campaign input with Marketing to highlight portfolio strengths, create customer value, and differentiate against competition.

Leadership & Team Management

• Leads, develops, and steers the Portfolio Expert team, setting priorities and accountability.
• Allocates team capacity to growth areas and high-value opportunities, and monitors coverage and execution.
• Builds team capability and a collaborative, growth-oriented way of working across countries.

What you bring

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, product management, business development, or commercial operations etc.
• Proven success in leading middile, cross-functional and multinational teams in complex environments
• Deep understanding of sales operating models, market dynamics, and in-country execution
• Strong track record in driving business growth, transformation, and change at scale
• Solid financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Fluent English required
